With over 100 group classes each month, we have plenty of options to choose from! With that said, we know it can be overwhelming, and we often get asked, "How do I know what class to choose?"
Start by thinking of what kind of music you like! If you`re going to go out and dance, will it be to country music? Latin? Top 40?
